My background spans law, technology, and business leadership. What unites it all is a drive to build systems that compound.

Windmill-based platform managing 50+ production automations. AI agents handle delegation, guardrails, and session management. Claude Code hooks enforce governance rules across all sessions.
Enterprise AI Audit Framework
Structured assessment methodology for enterprise IT departments. 178-control audit system covering security, compliance, and AI readiness. Currently deployed at MannKind Corporation.
AI Operations Product
Full lifecycle: Assess, Build, Operate. Includes playbook, sales guide, client assessment tool, build standards, and operational runbook. Productized AI service delivery.
Contextium
Open-source framework for AI-native personal knowledge management. File-based memory system, context routing, governance rules. The system I use to manage all of this.
Internal Portal Suite
4 Astro/React/CF Pages dashboards (finance, operations, sales, personal) with real-time KV data sync, SSE live updates, and shared component library.
Infrastructure Automation
Proxmox cluster, TrueNAS, Docker fleet managed via Komodo. Automated health checks, update pipelines, and drift detection via Aegis monitoring system.
